The only box I had available was a large 4"x4"x2" electrical box, but I've been looking for a smaller enclosure. This looks perfect.

Mine also works very well. All I have is the narrow internal tuner in my radio right now and it's good enough to tune 40 and 17-10. For 30 and 20 the SWR in mine is just a bit outside the 3:1 range of an internal tuner.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12559579.post-76646875457098228802013-11-05T11:11:05.123-05:002013-11-05T11:11:05.123-05:00Looks great Larry. Was the "box" used from your junkbox? If not, I'd love to know where you got it. It looks perfect for this application.

I can't wait to hear how it performs for you.

72,

George
K2WOK2WOhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15942800386743616683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12559579.post-18748185053289895142013-11-05T09:06:20.317-05:002013-11-05T09:06:20.317-05:00It's great to see homebrewing in action!! There sure is something to be said for building something from scratch and then seeing it work. Do post how it works once you get the time to toss a wire into the trees.
MikeVE9KK https://www.blogger.com/profile/04720839744779758420noreply@blogger.com
