I agree 100 percent. I have experi...Excellent post. I agree 100 percent. I have experienced the same event in several retail businesses. I Would go further than just the amateur radio logging issue. Minimalist QRP station construction comes to mind, even from kits. Too much reliance on plug and play. A simple MFJ Cub should be put together at least once. I know it is low-tech but that is what we are losing. The ability to appreciate and use low-tech when necessary.
