QRP - When you care to send the very least!
Many moons ago when I lived in Phoenix Az....there were some hams working with the hearing impaired learning Morse. They used a speaker with a half table tennis ball glued into the cone for a tactile "receiver". Sending of course via straight key. As I recall it worked extremely well. Best, Chas W5PG
