There's an article on QRP operating on e-Ham. It was first published in 2006 and was chosen for a "rerun". It's a good, basic article. But what seems to be more important is that the article so far has gotten positive feedback.
I'm still waiting for the QRP Bashers to come in and start up with the snide comments. Hopefully that won't happen.
